RETURNS POLICY

Should you find dissatisfaction with your purchase, kindly inform us via email at [email protected].

Our Returns Policy grants you a 30-day window for returning or exchanging items, provided you possess a valid receipt. If 30 days have transpired since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot facilitate a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must maintain the condition in which you received it, including tags, and remain in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is essential. Please be aware that the 30-day return period is designed to permit you to inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. For a complete refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition, defined as resaleable.

To finalize your refund or exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by our Returns Policy. In cases where any provision in our Returns Policy contradicts your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail, rendering the conflicting provision in our Returns Policy inapplicable.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you retain a 30-day right to reject, and under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, a 14-day right to return.

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. If accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package. Returns not requested in advance will not be accepted.

For returns due to a change of mind, Scoot On Home Ltd will provide a return address and delivery instructions, however the cost of shipping will be paid for by the customer.

Damages and Issues: Examine your order upon receipt and promptly inform us of any defects, damages, or incorrect items. Send clear photos of damaged items to [email protected] for insurance claim processing.

If your product develops a fault through normal use (per the manufacturer’s manual), you may be entitled to repair or replacement under warranty. Report faults to [email protected], ensuring adherence to the manufacturer’s manual to avoid voiding the warranty.

Exchanges:

The swiftest way to secure your desired item is to return the current one. Upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process. If 14 days has passed and your funds have not been returned, please contact us via email at [email protected].

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS:

If the product has been dispatched, the buyer assumes responsibility for return costs. Product refunds will be issued to the original payment method as described above.
